I may have mentioned before that I have deemed this year the "year of stability". I feel like we are finally adjusted to being a little family of five, and after four years, we are settling into our house. My hubby has a job he really enjoys with lots of opportunity to stay and grow. And as for me, I am no longer doing anything to make extra money, so my sole concentration can finally be on my husband, children, and home. We're getting into a nice groove with homeschooling and we're finding ourselves on a nice relaxing schedule that we can all enjoy.
But you know me, I can't leave well enough alone! In the past six years I have either been expecting a new child or welcoming a new child. Since we welcomed our newest child almost a year ago, naturally, I was starting to get lonely.
People keep asking if we plan on having more children, and yes, I think some time in the future (maybe in a couple years) we will look down that road again. Right now we are waiting on God's leading. So, no, this is not an announcement post. Hehe. At least, not that kind of announcement.
We have, however, added a new little family member. Her name is Frapiccino. She was named for her chocolatey brown color, and the dollop of whipped cream on her head.
So there you have it. Hopefully this will keep me from wanting any major changes this year. I think my hubby knows this, and that is why he has allowed a rodent into the house. Secretly, I think he is hoping this pacifies me from wanting to do something crazy...like move or have another baby. He's so cute. ;-)
